By creating an ASPIRO account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use ASPIRO.
ASPIRO is an AI Strategist and Decision Intelligence platform. You may use it to analyze your business, generate opportunities and risks, run forecasts, and inform your decisions. You may not resell ASPIRO output, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or use the platform for illegal activity.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and any decisions you take based on ASPIRO's output. You must not upload data you do not have the right to share.
ASPIRO's insights, opportunities, risks, forecasts, and recommendations are generated by AI models using the data you provide and external signals. They are decision support, not professional financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. Confidence scores indicate ASPIRO's certainty, not a guarantee of outcome. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASPIRO and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ASPIRO in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms as ASPIRO evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
